There is an ever increasing body of research that indicates that yoga poses, along with breathing and relaxation exercises are effective tools for those experiencing anxiety, depression and other mental health challenges. At Integrative Counseling Services, we combine clinical knowledge with kids yoga instructor training to create an exciting, small group therapeutic program, especially for kids. This program is helpful for those experiencing a variety of challenges to include: Anxiety/Stress, Depression, Spectrum Disorders, Insomnia and ADHD.
